Q: Why does the water from Water Pass appears little?
A: 1. To make the water evenly pass each filter to reach complete purification, the water should flow through the constant pressure at the base, thus, the water coming out is always less than that from the faucet. If the amount is much, it means the filter is out of order.
2. Each area has different water pressure. Even the water from the faucet is much, it doesn’t mean the water pressure is strong. By means of the constant pressure design, the low water pressure will come out less amount of water.
3. If the flowing amount is little, the first filter tube could be
blocked. Cleaning it will increase the flowing amount.
Q: Can Water Pass use the water outside of running water?
A: Yes. However, the filters need changing more frequently to treat the water outside of running since these water sources contain much more pollutants. For example, environmental sludge, insect eggs, antibiotic, heavy metal, pesticide…etc.
Q: Why the filtered water appears white micro particles when frozen or boiled?
A: When frozen, the natural minerals in the filtered water will coagulate, when ice melt, the minerals will present as white sheet or micro particle. Natural minerals are good for health. Don’t worry if they appear in the water
Q: Why is Water Pass Anti-Endocrine Disrupting Chemicals Water Filter, the water filter of world-level, the most suitable product for family use?

A:Theoretically, all the water from the water purifying factory is directly drinkable in Taiwan. However, bacterial /Lcontent must be within the standard (over Japanese standard).The official dare not guarantee as the water pipe is a major factor.
Water Pass System has no such problem of flowing through water pipe～total remaining chlorine 0.2-1.0mg/L
while Water Pass’s just below 0.01mg/L.
Q:What if Water Pass filter hot water?
A:We suggest not to use hot water for the reasons as below:
1.Filtering effect tests are all done with cold water, the filtering result is the best with cold water but not for hot water.
2.Ordinarily, people use cold water to filter and pollutants are sucked on the activated carbon filter. For hot water, if the pollutants drop onto the water, the filtering effect becomes worse. Thus, we suggest to use 0-38 degree of water to ensure the best filtering effect.
Q:Water Pass has been used for one year, but not reached 15,000 liters. If the water flowing speed remains same, does the filters need changing?
A:Yes, every family has different situation. Some families’
filters are not operating for being out of home frequently.
Since these pollutants are tasteless and odorless, to make sure that the filters function like new ones for us to drink the cleanest water, we suggest to change the filters before they expire.
Q:What influences are there to retain the calcium ion & magnesium ion in the water?
